Photography Production Service Terms and Conditions

LIGGIC PHOTOGRAPHY

第1条（目的）

Article 1 (Purpose)

本規約は、LIGGIC PHOTOGRAPHY（以下「当社」）が提供する撮影プロダクションサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本サービスを利用するすべてのクライアント（以下「クライアント」）は、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms and Conditions define the usage rules for photography production services (the “Services”) provided by LIGGIC PHOTOGRAPHY (“Company”).
All clients using the Services (“Client”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

第2条（サービス内容）

Article 2 (Scope of Services)

本サービスには以下の業務が含まれます：

The Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Wedding Photography（フォトウェディング）
  • Photo Tours（フォトツアー）
  • Commercial Advertising Photography（商業広告撮影）
  • Film and Television Production Photography（映画・テレビ番組撮影）
  • Music Video Production（ミュージックビデオ撮影）
  • Corporate Promotional Photography（企業プロモーション撮影）
  • Portrait and Profile Photography（ポートレート・プロフィール撮影）
  • Product and Food Photography（商品撮影・フード撮影）
  • Hotel, Architecture, and Interior Photography（ホテル・建築・インテリア撮影）
  • Production coordination and project management（撮影コーディネーションおよび制作進行）
  • Other photography-related services provided by the Company（その他撮影関連サービス）

第3条（クライアントの義務）

Article 3 (Client Responsibilities)

クライアントは撮影開始前に、撮影内容、スケジュール、必要機材、スタッフ構成等の詳細について当社と確認し、合意するものとします。

The Client shall confirm and agree with the Company regarding details such as shooting content, schedule, equipment requirements, staffing, and location prior to the shoot.

海外からのクライアントが米国または海外での撮影に参加する場合、有効な海外旅行保険（医療費補償および緊急対応を含む）への加入を推奨または必要とする場合があります。

For international clients participating in photo sessions in the U.S. or abroad, valid travel insurance including medical coverage and emergency support may be recommended or required.

必要に応じて、クライアントは保険証書のコピーを撮影前に提出するものとします。

The Client may be required to provide proof of insurance prior to the shoot.

撮影に必要な許可、肖像権、施設使用許可等については、契約に定めた範囲においてクライアントが責任を負う場合があります。

The Client may be responsible for obtaining necessary permits, location permissions, and model releases, depending on the agreement.

第4条（料金および支払い条件）

Article 4 (Fees and Payment Terms)

Wedding Photography / Photo Tours

サービス申込時に保証金（デポジット）を支払うものとします。
残金は撮影日までに支払うものとします（クレジットカードまたは現金）。

A deposit is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the shoot date (credit card or cash accepted).

Commercial Projects / Invoice Payment

料金は見積書または契約書に基づきます。
特別な合意がない限り、請求書発行日より10日以内に支払うものとします。

Fees are based on project estimates or contracts.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.

追加費用

Additional costs may include:

  • Location fees（ロケーション費）
  • Model fees（モデル費）
  • Studio rental（スタジオ費）
  • Equipment rental（機材費）
  • Transportation expenses（交通費）
  • Accommodation expenses（宿泊費）
  • Permit fees（許可申請費）
  • Production expenses（制作費）

撮影内容の変更により追加費用が発生する場合があります。

Additional costs may apply if project scope changes.

第5条（撮影のキャンセルおよび変更）

Article 5 (Cancellation and Rescheduling)

撮影日程の変更またはキャンセルは撮影予定日の30日前までに通知するものとします。

Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled shoot date.

キャンセル料：

Cancellation fees:

29〜14日前 50% of quoted fee
13〜8日前 80% of quoted fee
7日前〜当日 100% of quoted fee

※ロサンゼルス時間 기준
※天候・災害による場合も適用
※既に発生した実費は返金不可

Based on Los Angeles, California time.
Applies also in cases of weather or natural events.
Expenses already incurred are non-refundable.

第6条（知的財産権）

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

個人撮影

撮影データの著作権は原則として依頼者へ譲渡されます。
商業利用の場合は別途契約または追加ライセンス料が必要となる場合があります。

For personal photography, copyright is generally transferred to the client.
Commercial use may require additional licensing agreements.

商業撮影

特別な契約がない限り、著作権は当社に帰属します。

For commercial projects, copyright remains with the Company unless otherwise agreed.

クライアントは契約範囲内でのみ使用できます。

The Client may use the materials only within the scope of the agreement.

当社はポートフォリオ、SNS、ウェブサイト、広告等に作品を掲載できるものとします。

The Company may use the work for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

著作権譲渡または独占使用は別途契約となります。

Exclusive usage or copyright transfer requires a separate agreement.

第7条（免責事項）

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

当社は以下の事由による損害について責任を負いません：

The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by:

  • 天候不良 / weather conditions
  • 災害 / natural disasters
  • 交通遅延 / transportation delays
  • 機材トラブル / equipment failure
  • 病気・事故 / illness or accidents
  • ストライキ / strikes
  • 法規制の変更 / legal restrictions
  • 不可抗力 / force majeure

保険未加入により生じた損害について当社は責任を負いません。

The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from lack of insurance coverage.

第8条（規約の変更）

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。

The Company may update these Terms when necessary.

変更後の規約はウェブサイト掲載時点で効力を生じます。

Updated Terms become effective once published on the website.

第9条（準拠法および管轄）

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

本規約はカリフォルニア州法に準拠します。

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

紛争はロサンゼルス郡裁判所を専属管轄とします。

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County.
